| We completely revised our G18410 Geiger Counter Kit. We eliminated the buzzing sound, reduced the size, and made it with a very low battery current requirement. This kit operates from one 9V battery (not included) and produces about 450VDC for use with many GM tubes. When radiation is detected the kit emits a clicking sound and flashes a bright red LED. This kit can be used with the LND712 GM tube, Russian tubes such as the SBM-10, SBM-19, SBM-20, SBM-21, SI-22, and SI-39 to name a few! Size of PC board is only 2.2" long x 1.34". Current drain is about 8mA. Complete with all parts, PC board, and instructions (you will need to supply a 9V battery and GM tube). Kit requires soldering. |
