KSR5 SCARAB ROBOT KIT
Scarab is a robot that makes use of two touch sensors to detect obstacles. When its antennae (touch sensor) detect an object in its path, Scarab will go backward first and automatically follow a two-step maneuver to help it overcome the obstacle, which can be a combination of "Left Turn", "Right Turn", "Reverse", "Stop". The Scarab Robot can be configured with different sets of movements.
The kit comes complete with 2 sets of differently designed legs, which provide endless fun and excitement with its different sets of movements. Power Source: Four 1.5V "AAA" Batteries (not included).
INTERMEDIATE KIT: Some previous knowledge of electronics. Good soldering techniques for medium dense boards.
